Code and data repository accompanying the manuscript "Estimating Speciated Input Concentrations for Biomass Burning Organic Aerosol Modeling". For users primarily interested in using the information from this work, the spreadsheet file that accompanied the supplement will likely suffice. For those looking to reproduce or edit the data or the workflow up until the AIOMFAC-based partitioning calculation, this code and data repository contains all of the relevant information to do so. As a basic guide to the workflow, you could follow these steps (note that paths will have to be amended or files reorganized): Run EF_to_Mean_ER_Converter.py to get the average emission factors and emission ratios. Run Pyrolysis_Ratio_Analysis.py to get the high- and low-pyrolysis temperature emission ratios Run POA_Initializor.py or Scaled_POA_Initializor.py to get the total concentrations of every compound. The pure-component saturation vapor pressure data for every compound was attained using the UManSysProp facility (refer to the main text and supplement), but the process is not included in this code as there are better sources if that is the information of interest.
