This FAIRsharing record describes: The JHTDB is an open-access numerical turbulence laboratory that enables researchers to query and download multi-terabyte datasets of turbulent flows. It supports web-service interfaces and programming languages like Python, Matlab, Fortran and C, allowing scientists to perform advanced analyses such as velocity, pressure and gradient computations at arbitrary points in space and time. The datasets include direct numerical simulations (DNS) and large eddy simulations (LES) of various turbulence regimes, enabling experimentation across wide physical scales and flow configurations.
