借助卫星遥感技术手段,结合无人机、实地考察、抽样检测等方式,摸清废弃物范围及位置分布,选择产生量大、贮存量高而利用率低、具有潜在环境风险的典型工业废弃物作为调查对象,全面调研青海盐湖化工区盐湖化工、有色冶金、煤炭、油气等支柱产业的工业废弃物情况,包括废弃物的来源、种类、属性、贮存量、消纳情况、综合利用及处置量;通过ICP、XRD、显微镜、化学滴定等分析检测手段,对主要污染物的物理赋存形态、化学特性、资源环境属性等进行分析,建立盐湖产业区废弃物数据库。通过调研、统计、计算与分析, 得到盐湖化工区内包括KCl行业、KNO3行业、K2SO4行业、Na2SO4行业的典型污染源、产排污工艺、产排污处理处置技术情况、产污系数、排污系数等,建立了青海盐湖化工区典型污染源清单。
Adopting satellite remote sensing technology in combination with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), field investigations, sampling tests and other methods, the scope and spatial distribution of industrial wastes were mapped. Typical industrial wastes with large output, high stockpile, low utilization rate and potential environmental risks were selected as survey subjects. A comprehensive survey was carried out on the industrial wastes from pillar industries in the Qinghai Salt Lake Chemical Zone, including salt lake chemical industry, non-ferrous metallurgy, coal, oil and gas industries. The survey covered the source, type, properties, stockpile quantity, disposal and absorption status, comprehensive utilization and disposal volume of the wastes. Through analytical and detection methods such as Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), microscopy and chemical titration, the physical occurrence forms, chemical characteristics, resource and environmental attributes of major pollutants were analyzed, and a waste database for the salt lake industrial zone was established. Through investigation, statistics, calculation and analysis, typical pollution sources, pollutant generation and discharge processes, treatment and disposal technologies, pollutant generation coefficients and discharge coefficients in the salt lake chemical industry zone (including KCl, KNO3, K2SO4 and Na2SO4 industries) were obtained, and a typical pollution source inventory for the Qinghai Salt Lake Chemical Zone was established.
