To evaluate whether concurrent vaccination can rescue dysfunctional cell therapy in humans, phenotypic states and clonal dynamics of TIL-ACT administered to a patient with metastatic melanoma without antigen-specific vaccination (Rx1) and cocncurrently along with antigen-specific vaccination (Rx3).
