Single cell RNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq characterization of human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSCs) derived Huntington's disease organoids resembling the human striatum Overall design: Bulk RNA sequencing of day 60 and 80 human striatal organoids(hStrOs) drived from human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSCs) 7-2 (CAGs 59) and 12-4 (CAGs 55); Single-cell RNA sequencing of day 110 human striatal organoids(hStrOs) drived from human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSCs) 7-2. Both hiPSC-7-2 (CAGs 59) and hiPSC-12-4 (CAGs 55) are from Huntington's disease patients.
