SMFS of the heterodimeric 5-heptad coiled coil A5B5 (shear geometry with Cys-A5 and B5-Cys)

This library contains the atomic force microscope (AFM)-based single-molecule force spectroscopy (SMFS) data for the coiled coil A5B5, measured in shear loading geometry. The dataset includes all measured force-extension curves without preselection for single rupture events (three independent experiments).

The measured heterodimeric coiled coil has the following sequence:
