This research investigates how sustainable business strategies can become a primary source of competitive advantage in the food industry. Using bibliometric analysis on 67 Scopus-indexed scientific publications from 2003 to 2024, the study finds a significant increase in attention to green innovation, eco-innovation, and sustainable development within this sector. The findings show that adopting sustainable strategies not only enhances operational efficiency and strengthens brand image but also aligns with consumer preferences for environmentally responsible products.
