Effect of Halo-rhEGF on gene expression of HaCaT keratinocytes

Epidermal growth factor (EGF) plays a crucial role in promoting epithelial cell growth, proliferation and survival. We recently produced recombinant human EGF protein (rhEGF) fused to a HaloTag (Halo-rhEGF). To gain a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying Halo-rhEGF-mediated regulation of keratinocytes, we conducted mRNA sequencing analysis to systematically and globally identify the regulated genes and biological functions of Halo-rhEGF in HaCaT keratinocytes.
