Soil bulk density in nine permanent plots of the PPBio grid at Maracá Ecological Station, Roraima (Densidade do solo de nove parcelas da grade do PPBio na ESEC Maracá, Roraima)

O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar a densidade do solo no perfil vertical de 100 cm de profundidade (10 diferentes intervalos: 0-10, 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, 50-60, 60-70, 70-80, 80-90, 90-100) em nove parcelas permanentes da grade de pesquisa do PPBio instalada na ESEC Maracá, extremo norte da Amazônia brasileira. As parcelas amostradas representam três tipos florestais de grande expressão na grade de pesquisa.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the soil bulk density at ten depths in the soil column (0-10, 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, 50-60, 60-70, 70-80, 80-90, 90-100 cm) taking into account nine permanent plots of the PPBio research grid installed at Maracá Ecological Station, northern Brazilian Amazon. The sampled plots represent three important forest types in the study area.
