Net Environmental Benefit Framework for Offshore Solar Net Ocean Impact Assessment - Supplementary Dataset

This dataset contains the full scoring inventory underlying the Net Environmental Benefit Analysis (NEBA) presented in Empaqtify (2026) Beyond Clean Energy: Offshore Solar as Blue Infrastructure – A Net Ocean Impact Assessment (www.empaqtify.com). It includes the complete list of identified ecological interactions, literature references, scoring rationale, and impact scores across six criteria (extent, duration, intensity, reversibility, frequency, certainty), as well as aggregation across ecosystem domains and species groups. The dataset is intended to support transparency, impact reporting, and independent evaluation of ocean impact associated with offshore solar infrastructure.
