According to the *Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies*, listed companies, as information disclosure obligors, shall disclose to the market truthfully, accurately, timely and completely the information disclosed in accordance with laws and voluntarily. Such publicly disclosed information includes but is not limited to basic company information, key accounting data and financial indicators, shareholding status of shareholders, executive compensation, etc. Information disclosure by listed companies is an important basis for government supervision and investor decision-making. The effective combination of administrative supervision and market supervision forms a dual-track effect that promotes the stable and orderly development of the securities market.

CnOpenData has launched financial statement data for A-share listed companies, covering annual reports, quarterly reports and semi-annual reports. This dataset includes 5 tables: balance sheets of listed companies, income statements of listed companies, cash flow statements of listed companies, financial indicator tables of listed companies, and financial report disclosure timetables of listed companies.
