Tomographic polarimetric Dataset of a Trabecular bone, used in the paper "Reconstructing three-dimensional optical anisotropy with tomographic Müller-polarimetric microscopy".
In the compressed folder, there is :
The raw data recorded by the camera during the tomographic polarimetric measurements (yellow_bone_ID_001_202418_1156.h5),
The raw data were the shifts inside each projection, that occurs sometime between polarisation states, has been corrected manually (yellow_bone_ID_001_202418_1156_pre_processing_v2.h5)
The binned, cropped and aligned data (yellow_bone_ID_001_20231218_1039_alignment_v2_2.mat)
The 3D reconstruction of the index elipsoid at each voxel of the synthetic object (bir TT result 1.48200 & 1.4835 - scale[4, 0.000001] - coef [0.01,500] - reg weights 0.375&0.0025 - itr250.mat)
The synthetic projections linked to this synthetic object (projections + reg weights 0.375&0.0025 + coef_tv [1.e-02 5.e+02] + itr250.mat)
The reconstruction code will be published as part of our open-source software package MUMOTT including tutorials on our webpage (mumott.org), the data will be published over zenodo with the publication of the research paper.
