Asymmetric Prefrontal Representations for Leader-Follower Dynamics

This Dandiset contains behavioral, video-tracking, and medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) calcium-imaging recordings from mice performing a cooperative foraging task in which stable leader–follower roles emerge through reciprocal social interaction. The dataset includes synchronized behavioral videos, pose-tracking data, task events, neural recordings, and perturbation experiments collected during cooperative decision-making. These data were generated to investigate the neural and computational mechanisms underlying cooperation, social role differentiation, and leader–follower dynamics. The dataset supports analyses of social behavior, neural population activity, partner-related spatial representations, and computational models of social value and multi-agent decision-making.
