Omnichannel services offered by retailers in the United States 2020-2021

According to the results of a survey conducted with retail executives in the United States, in 2021's holiday season, retailers improved their omnichannel capabilities and offered more solutions such as "buy online pick up store" (or BOPIS) and "buy online ship from store" compared to the holiday season of 2020. BOPIS was offered by nearly half of all retailers that took part in the study. Generally, COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of omnichannel services offered to consumers.
