资源简介:
This thesis examines how vasopressin receptors, specifically V1aR which help regulate blood pressure in the body, change shape and send signals inside cells. It uses cryo-electron microscopy, pharmacology, and computational modelling to study how this receptor interacts with different drugs/compounds and switch between active and inactive states. These findings improve understanding of how important cell signalling proteins function and may support future development of safer and more selective medicines for diseases involving vasopressin receptors.
