Digital Archive from Archaeological Works at Lindridge Road, Sutton Coldfield, Warwickshire, September 2022 and May 2023

This collection comprises images, site records, reports, a database, and GIS data from an archaeological evaluation and an archaeological excavation at the land at Lindridge Road, Sutton Coldfield, Warwickshire. This work was undertaken by Oxford Archaeology in September 2022 and May 2023. During the evaluation, the only significant archaeological feature found in the trenching was a potential burnt mound that is suspected to be middle Bronze Age in date. This was further explored in an excavation. The Lindridge Road burnt mound is located in a landscape punctuated by middle Bronze Age burnt mounds and provides further evidence for their distribution and utilisation.
