Appendice 4: "The global distribution of Australian Acacia species"

This repository contains the full global database used for the analyses provided in Chapter " The global distribution of Australian Acacia species " (online Appendix 4) of the book "<strong>Wattles – Australian Acacia species around the world</strong>". -Data_sources.xlsx lists the 105 data sources composing the database and defines the trust levels -intro_table_revis.csv lists all reported introduction events (all species per country) -nat_table_revis.csv lists all reported naturalization events (all species per country) -occ_table.csv lists all raw species occurrences from the various data sources (including those in Australia) -sampling_eff_country.csv provides the sampling effort measure per country -world_light (.Rdata) contains the polygons of all countries.
