Gut microbiota of common carp Raw sequence reads

In aquatic environments, fish are exposed to numerous stressors which negatively affect their immune response and increase susceptibility to infections. The risk of bacterial infections results in the excessive and often preventive use of antibiotics. Therefore, in the current research, we study how antibiotic treatment and restraint stress will affect the activation of the stress axis, gut microbiota composition, gut morphology, and inflammatory reaction in common carp.
