SynergyAge: a curated database for synergistic and antagonistic interactions of longevity-associated genes

Each experiment (all_data.csv) contains information about the mutants with know lifespan values assayed within the same experiment.<br><br>Nodes (nodes.json) in the epistasis longevity network (SynergyAge). Each node represents one mutant obtained through a number of sequential molecular interventions.<br><br>Edges (edges.json) in the epistasis longevity network (SynergyAge). Each interaction represents the transition obtained through one additional molecular intervention between two mutants with known associated lifespan values.<br>
