The dataset includes the statistical data published by the US Postal Service pursuant to the No FEAR Act, including the number of complaints filed year on year and the distribution of complaints by basis and issue, as well as comparative data on processing time, dismissal, and findings.<br>The data itself is published as a PDF, with the text of notices and relevant legislation also published as PDFs. Text of the Elijah E. Cummings Federal Employee Antidiscrimination Act of 2020 is published as rich text (RTF), and cases filed under this act as a spreadsheet (XLSX).<br>
