Simulation code. This ZIP file includes a Matlab script (getpredictionrange.m), a C subroutine (for solving the ODEs), and additional files that simulate the model with different ensembles (by the execution of getpredictionrange.m) to compute the prediction range and protein abundances for all mutant strains in the Prediction Set for a given ensemble (ensembles included as additional ZIP files and getpredictionrange.m currently set to load and use Ensemble 1 for the computations).
