In Guizhou province, 40 primary and secondary school students with regular mobile phone usage habits were recruited for interviews. After screening the interview content, 28 interview transcripts were selected as the sample. Upon analyzing the 20th interview transcript, it was determined that theoretical saturation had been reached, as newly emerging concepts and categories had become saturated and additional data did not generate new theoretical insights. The remaining 8 transcripts were used for theoretical saturation testing to further validate the robustness of the model. The average age of the 20 interview participants was 15.2 ± 2.48 years.
