The yellow dots indicate DCG calculated neighbouring cells of the cell with an encircled number, that number indicates its number of neighbours; numbers in other cells indicate the number of neighbouring cells of that cell. The right panels show the original confocal images of the embryos shown, stained for NANOG (magenta), GATA6 (green), DAPI (blue) and β-catenin (membrane, red).
