Malus domestica cultivar:91.136 B6-77 Raw sequence reads

This study aimed for the use of Cas9 enrichment of a specific locus in Malus x domestica species for targeted nanopore sequencing. We use this data to validate this method in identifying a known structural variant related with red flesh coloration in apples as well as to evaluate the ability of nanopore sequencing to build targeted de novo assemblies of unique haplotypes from high-coverage sequencing data.
