To investigate the function of NAV3 in regulation of HCF proliferation and transdifferentiation, we cultured primary HCFs and transfected with non-targeting siRNA and NAV3 siRNAs. Total RNA samples were extracted for RNA-seq to identify transcriptome-wide gene expression changes in the HCFs after NAV3 knock-down (KD). Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling (RNA-seq) of HCF cells transfected with non-targeting (Control) and NAV3 siRNAs (NAV3 KD). These NAV3 KD samples shared the same non-targeting Controls with our previously published study (GSE222695). Specifically, these NAV3 KD RNA-seq data were generated in the same experiments (including cell culture, siRNA KD and RNA-seq) as did of data which has been uploaded to the GSE222695. The current study reanalysized the "non-targeting control siRNA" samples in the GSE222695 as control samples for the NAV3 KD. *************************************************************** The table below lists GEO accessions reused/reanalyzed for this study. ***************************************************************
