Transcriptomic resources for endangered black abalone

This fileset includes a denovo assembly (using CLC version 6) of 4 black abalone cDNA libraries (SE, SC, CE, CC) SE = disease resistant population exposed to the bacterial pathogen causing withering syndrome (rickettsia; WS-RLO) SC = disease resistant population unexposed (control) CE = naive population exposed to WS-RLO CC = naive population unexposed (control) The dataset also includes annotation using blastx and pdf's with project details.
