staahl2016visualization_ST_Breast_Cancer is a spatial transcriptomics datasets of human breast cancer, published with the paper presenting spatial transcriptomics (ST) technology. It was generated by ST, that allows visualization and quantitative analysis of the transcriptome with spatial resolution in individual tissue sections. The staahl2016visualization_ST_Breast_Cancer dataset has 68 sub-datasets with almost 19000 gene expression features, which contains 23 breast cancer patients with 5 breast cancer subtypes with 3 replicates. There are 14 HER2_luminal, 15 HER2_non_luminal, 12 Luminal_A, 15 Luminal_B and 12 TNBC sub-datasets in the dataset. The original paper provided the spot-wise gene expression matrix in https://data.mendeley.com/datasets/29ntw7sh4r/5, paired with H&E images and spot-wise tumor annotation of each sub-dataset.
