Macrophage Involvement in the Pathology of Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension: Lessons from Single-Cell and Single-Nucleus RNA Sequencing

We revealed the detailed landscape of myeloid cells in CTEPH and identified cell-cell interactions between myeloid and non-immune cells using both scRNA-seq and snRNA-seq. The interaction between SPP1/FN1+ macrophages and FAP+ FBs or MyoFBs may be a therapeutic target in CTEPH. Overall design: scRNA-seq
