To investigate the impact of tumors cloness on the immune microenvironment using immunologically responsive and unresposive clones. we used mixed population of immunologically responsive and unresponsive tumor clones in different ratios for their response to irradiation (RT). We found that the response to RT was influenced by even a small number of immune responsive cells Tumor cell lines with heterogeneous immune responses to radiation that were derived from the PyMT genetically engineered mouse model of mammary carcinoma and analysis of the microevironmental factors and immunologic responses generated by sensitive Py117 tumor clones and resistant Py8119 clones within the same microenvironment
