RNA sequencing of orchrid Dendrobium

This RNA seq data aimed to analyze a differentially expressed genes in wild type and three isolated Dendrobium mutants to identify a molecular mechanism of flavonoid biosynthesis. Three Dendrobium (Dendrobium hybrid) mutants were generated by gamma-rays irradiation, which have distinct properties in flower pigmentation at tone and location levels. This work may highlights how to make flower pigmentation in Dendrobium orchrid species.
