YY1-mediated targeting of MSL/MOF

Msl2 knockout in pre-B cells impaired the expression of genes involved in early B cell differentiation. The genome-wide occupancy of MSL2 and YY1 in pre-B cells identified a set of YY1-bound genomic sites that are co-occupied by MSL2 and genes that are deregulated in Msl2 knockout pre-B cells. MSL2, YY1 and RNA Polymerase II ChIP-seq were performed in SLP65KO preB cells. A CRISPR/Cas9-mediated Msl2KO was generated in Slp65KO pre-B cells and compared with the wt clone for the gene expression analysis.
