RNA-seq of Astragalus membranaceus: roots

To investigate the response mechanisms of protein-coding genes to drought stress in Astragalus membranaceus, we performed transcriptome sequencing on samples subjected to drought treatment. The experiment included five time points (0h, 6h, 12h, 24h, and 72h), with 0h serving as the untreated control. Each time point consisted of three biological replicates, resulting in a total of 15 RNA-seq libraries.
