Neighbourhood Support Child Care Project (NSCCP) provides a flexible form of day child care service at the neighbourhood level and, at the same time, to foster mutual help and care in the community. Service target of NSCCP is children from newborn to pre-primary level, and primary school children with ad-hoc or emergency care needs.
