An inventory of 534 thaw hazards across Qinghai Province, northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, compiled through integrated remote sensing, UAV surveys, and field validation (2019-2022). The dataset contains point locations in WGS 84 coordinate system with attributes including: Field_ID (unique identifier), Hazard_Type (Retrogressive Thaw Slump, Thaw Settlement, or Solifluction), geographic coordinates (longitude, latitude), topographic characteristics (slope, aspect) and elevation range (maximum and minimum elevation in meters).
