This study provides a Fusarium-specific gene sequence and its application in the rapid detection of Fusarium species. Specifically, this study provides a Fusarium-specific sequence. Furthermore, this study also provides a primer for detecting Fusarium species, which amplifies the Fusarium-specific sequence described in this study. Furthermore, this study also provides the application of the Fusarium-specific region or primers described in this study for detecting Fusarium species. Using the Fusarium-specific region described in this study, different species within the Fusarium genus can be precisely distinguished, and it can be applied in the field of plant quarantine to achieve rapid and precise detection of Fusarium species.
