Team perfectionism and performance in an international basketball competition: A multilevel prospective study

Perfectionism has been found to be related to performance in sport. This has typically entailed measuring individual athlete perfectionism and individual athlete performance. To date, little attention has been given to the influence of perfectionism manifested at a teamlevel and both team and individual performances. This study seeks to address this limitation and examine whether team perfectionism predicts team and individual performance over time.
