Pool-GBS Ethiopian Arabica coffee sites

This BioProject contains genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) data from leaf sample pools of Coffea arabica. Each pool consisted of leaf material from 16 Coffea arabica accessions originating from the same site in the Gera and Gomma district in Ethiopia. In addition, this BioProject contains GBS data from 32 Coffea arabica accessions that were sampled in two sites in the study area. The GBS read data were used to infer genetic variation among Arabica coffee sites and to correlate that genetic variation to among-site differences in the incidence of fungal diseases.
