Digital gene expression profile of CSP1-Citrine knock-in line, which contains nopaline synthase terminator and selection marker that interrupt native 3'UTR and CSP1-3UTR line, which have the selection marker removed with Cre recombinase and thus have the 3' UTR after the Citrine marker. The profile suggests that the CSP1-Citrine line have higher level of mRNA accumulation. mRNA was prepared at 0 to 6 hours after cut.
