Microarray expression profile analysis of lncRNAs in human Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

To explore the potential involvement of lncRNAs in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) oncogenesis, we conducted lncRNA profiling in six pairs of human PDAC and adjacent normal tissue by microarray.
