Hypothesis-free disproportionality assessment of colorectal cancer chemotherapy in VigiMed, Brazil: analysis code, reference set and aggregated results

A single script, run_all.py, regenerates every table and robustness analysis of the manuscript, and the data plotted in every figure, from three public extracts of Anvisa's VigiMed open-data portal, which are not redistributed here. Version 2 computes the System Organ Class exclusion inside the script, applies it exactly as the manuscript states it, and consolidates Table 2 from the triage file. Version 3 records the author's classification of diabetic ketoacidosis as ambiguous. The changes in each version are listed in the README.
