Public-use de-identified datasets and reproducible materials for Candida infections in Tolima, Colombia (2014–2024)

This record contains the public-use de-identified datasets and reproducible materials associated with the manuscript “Clinical and microbiological epidemiology of Candida infections in a high-complexity hospital in Tolima, Colombia (2014–2024)” / PONE-D-26-11229. The package includes two public-use de-identified datasets in the Public_datasets folder: (i) BD_administrativeclinical_records_public.xlsx, containing 987 administrative/clinical records, and (ii) BD_microbiology_laboratory_records_public.xlsx, containing 314 microbiology laboratory records of Candida spp. isolates. The public-use datasets do not include direct patient identifiers or exact dates. Only year-level temporal information and variables required for reproducibility are retained. The administrative/clinical and microbiology datasets are independent and are not linked at the patient or record level. Public-use de-identified datasets are released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Analysis scripts and associated reproducible materials are released under the MIT License, unless otherwise stated.
