The role of follicle stimulating hormone in chicken hierarchical follicular granulosa cells

Transcriptome analysis of granulosa cells from hierarchal chicken follicles following FSH stimulation. The goal of this study is to identify FSH-responsive genes and molecular pathways involved in the process of follicle selection in the hen ovary. This dataset was generated using RNA sequencing to compare gene expression profiles between FSH-treated and control granulosa cells.
