Influenza A virus strain:A/WSN/1933 (H1N1) strain Targeted Locus (Loci)

The HA gene from the influenza strain A/WSN/1933 (H1N1) was mutagenized, and then the mutant libraries were used to grow mutant viruses. Both the pre and post-selection libraries were analyzed by Illumina sequencing along with unmutated controls.
