Transcriptomics analysis of cells after RACS: The mix cells (UCFT:hiHep = 4:6) with a volume of 500 μL were stored at 4°C in Buffer + 0.25% BSA before sorting. In sorting experiments, cells were maintained at 20°C in Buffer + 0.25% BSA for 1 h. Both ‘hiHep (after sorting)’ and ‘Non-hiHep (after sorting)’ cells were collected in tubes for RNA-seq analysis. The cell samples were sent to Shanghai Majorbio Bio-pharm Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) for transcriptome sequencing. (GSE319698)
