2015 Montana Aquatic Communities for the State Wildlife Action Plan - Streams

This layer depicts Montana Streams, which were used to define stream aquatic habitats for the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (MTFWP) State Wildlife Action Plan (SWAP) that was submitted to the US Fish and Wildlife Service in 2014. Stream are depicted as either being Mountain, Intermountain or Prairie Rivers or Streams. Tiers are used to define the relative importance of each habitat in greatest need of conservation.
