Alternative precursor-mRNA splicing (AS) is a key regulation of gene expression and protein diversity. AS is highly happened in the nervous system and misregulation of AS caused neurological diseases. In current research, we identified and validated the differential AS events from purified neural progenitor cells (NPCs) and neurons. Our data demonstrated a systematic characterization of AS events between endogenous NPCs and neurons, which may serve as a useful resource for further investigations. 可变前体mRNA剪接(Alternative precursor-mRNA splicing,AS)是调控基因表达与蛋白质多样性的关键机制。该剪接事件在神经系统中广泛发生,其调控异常可引发神经系统疾病。本研究从纯化的神经前体细胞(Neural Progenitor Cells,NPCs)与神经元中鉴定并验证了差异可变剪接事件;研究数据对内源神经前体细胞与神经元间的可变剪接事件开展了系统性表征,该数据集可作为后续相关研究的宝贵资源。本研究同时对神经前体细胞与神经元的差异可变剪接情况进行了分析。
