System Science of Biological Dynamics project

Systems Science of Biological Dynamics database (SSBD:database) is an added-value database for biological dynamics. It provides a rich set of open resources for analyzing quantitative data and microscopy images of biological objects, such as single-molecule, cell, tissue, individual, etc., and software tools for analysis. Quantitative biological data and microscopy images are collected from a variety of species, sources, and methods. These include data obtained from both experiments and computational simulations.生物动力学系统科学数据库（SSBD:database）乃生物学动力学领域的增值数据库。该数据库提供了一套丰富的开放资源，用于分析生物对象（如单分子、细胞、组织、个体等）的定量数据和显微镜图像，并配备了相应的分析软件工具。数据库中收集的定量生物学数据和显微镜图像涵盖了多种物种、来源和方法，包括来自实验和计算模拟的数据。
