Expression data of genes related to capsaicin synthesis screened in PRJNA327797 BioProject

The CDS sequences of Capsicum Chinense genes related to capsaicin synthesis were searched in NCBI Capsicum Chinense genome, and the obtained sequences were screened from SRA data in PRJNA327797 BioProject, and then TPM of related genes were obtained

本研究在美国国家生物技术信息中心（National Center for Biotechnology Information, NCBI）的中华辣椒（Capsicum Chinense）基因组数据库中，检索与辣椒素合成相关的中华辣椒基因的编码序列（Coding Sequence, CDS）；随后从PRJNA327797生物项目（BioProject）的序列读取档案（Sequence Read Archive, SRA）数据中筛选上述获取的序列，最终得到相关基因的每百万转录本（Transcripts Per Million, TPM）表达量。
