Mitochondrial genome evolution: the influence of partitioning, calibration, and gene heterogeneity on pleurodontan substitution rates
收藏资源简介:
REPOSITORY STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION Here we provide the datasets, input and output files used and/or produced during the realization of the work “Mitochondrial genome evolution: the influence of partitioning, calibration, and gene heterogeneity on pleurodontan substitution rates”. In this study, we used nearly complete mitogenomes to estimate substitution rates for Plerodontan Squamates, paying special attention to the effect of data partitioning, calibrations and model choices on these estimations. The READ-ME.txt file contains a brief description of each of the files in the folders provided here. Authors: Matheus M. A. Salles*, Fabricius M. C. B.
