Identification of Bmi1 regulated genes in pro-B cells

We report differences in gene expression between WT and Bmi1 KO pro-B cells. RNA profiles from WT and Bmi1 KO pro-B cells were generated in duplicate.本研究报道了野生型（Wild Type, WT）与Bmi1基因敲除（Bmi1 knockout, Bmi1 KO）前B细胞之间的基因表达差异。上述两类细胞的RNA表达谱均通过双重复实验制备得到。
